Submission Guidelines
We offer rolling submissions year-round with no fixed deadline. Authors submit their manuscripts through our online system at any time of the year. To be eligible, the first author must be a high-school student or an undergraduate student. All manuscripts must be in English and follow our formatting template. Submissions undergo an initial editorial check and then full peer review. Typically, authors receive the first decision within a week. There is no submission fee or publication charge for up to five authors, and all published articles are open-access, meaning they are free to read online.

Peer Review Process
All submissions go through a rigorous multi-step peer-review process to ensure quality and to provide constructive feedback to authors. The process generally follows these steps:
- Initial Screening: The editorial staff first checks each paper for basic requirements (scope, formatting, originality) and suitability.
- Expert Review: Qualified reviewers evaluate the manuscript in detail. Our reviewers are scientists (with PhD) who provide in-depth feedback on the research methods and conclusions
- Advisory Board Review: A member of our Scientist Advisory Board (experienced researchers) gives a final evaluation, offering additional insights and ensuring the paper meets our academic standards.
After review, each submission receives one of several decisions: accept, minor revisions, major revisions, or reject. Authors will receive annotated reviews and are expected to revise their work as needed. This process not only maintains high standards but also helps student authors learn how to improve their research communication.
