We accept a variety of manuscript types to suit different projects and findings:

• Research Articles: Full-length reports of original studies or experiments. These should include introduction, methodology, results, and analysis of new data.
• Review Articles: Scholarly overviews that synthesize existing literature on a topic, highlighting recent progress and future directions.
• Short Communications: Concise reports of significant results or pilot studies (usually a few pages) that are quicker to publish but still peer-reviewed.

Each article is written in clear academic English, with all scientific terms defined for a general audience. Our content is inclusive to all biological disciplines (eg. molecular biology, microbiology, genetics, marine biology, developmental and regenerative biology).

We encourage submissions that are novel and accessible to a wide audience. We welcome papers that are “novel, integrative, and written in a way that is accessible to a wide audience”
